Tuesday, May 17, 2005 Favourite Songs - Not Complete/Help NeededLast Updated : July 1st 11:52pmThis post has all the songs that we want in our albums. The ones that we want and already have are in blue but the ones that we want and do not have are in red and bold. Once we get these, they will change to blue, and once the albums are completed, they will move down to the completed songs list. Again, your help would be awesome, and if you would like any of these songs, please let us know! :)1- Akela chala thaa main - Rajput I have never heard this song before, was just passed on to me last night on the phone. He apparently loves this one. Lets see if I can find it. 12 - Chalo ek baar firse ajnabi ban jaaye hum dono - Gumraah I had this song somewhere, but am not sure where it is now. I am pretty sure it is in one of the numerous CDs I have at home. The lyrics of this song is out of this world. It is a classic that no one should miss. He actually helped me find this song and said "yeh gaana nahi toh album nahi." 13 - Ek din aap yun humko mil jaayenge - Yes Boss If you have heard this one before, you know what I am talking about... 16 - Dil ki nazar se, nazro ki dil se.. - Anari 20 - Tujhe jeevan ki dor se bandh liya hai - Asli Naqli Another Lata-Rafi duet that I love. A nice ched-chaad song. Very romantic and yet very full of zest at the same time..just like us ;) 21 - Hum tumhe chaahte hai aise - Qurbani This one is in our cassette but not on a CD, so hopefully, i will be able to find it. 23 - Yeh raat bheegi bheegi, yeh mast fizaaye - Chori Chori A must have for a rainy day :)! Shankar Jaikishen's music has always made eternal classics. 28 - Khamoshiyan gungunane lagi - One 2 ka Four 30 - Maang ke saath tumhaara - Naya Daur To be continued...... 3 comments3 Comments:hmmm...I might have a few of these. Need to sift through my hard disk. Will definitely take a look as soon as I am done with dratted paper writing that is consuming me right now.How do I send them to you? Via Yahoo? By princess au contraire, at 11:43 PM Also..have to say-LOVE the compilation! You both have excellent choice ;) By princess au contraire, at 11:44 PM Since I am spamming your box....I have to admit that Kaise piya se didnt appeal to me the first time that I heard it but you and DJ were raving about it so I thought I would give it a few more tries. Sounded formulaic and tired to me-same ol' routine dhandaa..Lata's voice was the only thing going for it. I was pleasantly surprised to find it growing on me. Not all surprised that this is on your list of timeless classics... By princess au contraire, at 11:47 PM |
